Model

The technical parameter, which are specified by the customers, are so widely different, that the compressor request cannot be complied to by one complete program of models.

Therefore we are following a system of mechanical assembly technique by using standard crankcases (piston forces from 15 to 100 kN, length of strokes from 60 to 200 mm), standard diaphragm heads for different stroke displacements and discharge stages, selected suction? and discharge valves and other approved components for the hydraulic part.

This system allows to offer an individual compressor, meeting the technical specification and to also keep to the standard principle as far as possible.

For the design of a compressor the technical gas data have to be carefully considered:
type of gas, gas weight, compression ratio, temperatures, gas factors partly showing considerable deviations from perfect gas condition as per the law Boyle-Mariotte.

Already for the design of a gas-system, the specific gas factor has to be considered when determinating the compressor capacity.
