 Piston Compressors hydraulically driven
General Information
For more than 80 years HOFER Compressor Technologies supplies piston compressors, diaphragm compressors, hydraulically driven non-lubricated compressors. Upon request, they will be completely equipped with valve- and instrument panels.
HOFER Compressor Technologies has experience of many years in designing and manufacturing compressors for the inflator filling of air bags and isotatic pressers.
HOFER compressors are designed for production plants with continuous operation.

As standard, HOFER piston compressors are equipped with crank drives for foundation-free installation. For special applications (e.g. pressurizing systems for isostatic presses), non-lubricated piston compressors up to 58.800 psi (4.000 bar) with hydraulic drive will be used.
Generally, non-lubricated piston compressors with crank drive are limited to 2.300 psi - 2.900 psi (160 - 200 bar), depending on the compressed gas. For reaching higher pressures at an oil-free compression, this type of machines can be equipped with a final diaphragm stage.
Each compressor will be designed and manufactured in accordance to customer's specification. |
